Hosted Exchange POP, IMAP and SMTP Settings

These settings should only be used by an advanced user for very specific purposes.

NOTE: You will not get the full functionality out of your Hosted Exchange service if you setup your email client on mobile device for POP or IMAP access. Please choose the appropriate client setup page from HERE for the recommended configuration.



POP

NOTE: POP access must be enabled on a per account basis in the Hosted Exchange Control Panel.


Incoming POP Server: exch1.myoutlookonline.com
Incoming Server Port: 110
Incoming Server uses SSL: Optional– Port 995
POP Username: Hosted Exchange email address

Outgoing SMTP Server: smtp.exchange.easystreet.com
Outgoing Server Port: 25 or 587
Outgoing Server uses SSL: Optional – Port 465
Outgoing Server requires authentication: Yes, “Use same settings as incoming mail server” option


IMAP

NOTE: IMAP access must be enabled on a per account basis in the Hosted Exchange Control Panel.


Incoming IMAP Server: exchange.easystreet.com
Incoming Server Port: 143
Incoming Server uses SSL: Optional– Port 993
IMAP Username: Hosted Exchange email address

Outgoing SMTP Server: smtp.exchange.easystreet.com
Outgoing Server Port: 25 or 587
Outgoing Server uses SSL: Optional – Port 465
Outgoing Server requires authentication: Yes, “Use same settings as incoming mail server” option
